Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The bag must be unused and in its original condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation message) is required.

Please note:

Return delivery fees are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order once it arrives.
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong color, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos. We will gladly replace the item or offer a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Since we operate with Cash on Delivery:

Refunds for approved returns will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Orders refused at delivery without valid reason may affect future Cash on Delivery orders.
Exchanges
If you would like to change the color, please contact us within 7 days.
The item must be unused and in its original condition. Exchange delivery fees are covered by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
